Order
When you decide to buy an item from Sodelle, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button and the item will be added into your cart. Once you are ready to check out, click your cart on the top right hand corner of the page to bring you to the summary of your order. Adjustments to the quantity can be made on the page itself.
Once order is submitted, an acceptance and confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.
After payment is verified, orders will be processed fulfilled in 1-2 days. After which an order fulfillment email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
FAQ
- Do I have to create an account?
No, you don't have to! Accounts are optional, however we do recommend you to create an account to enjoy our rewards program, and you also do not have to input your personal particulars again for future orders.
- How do I pay for my order?
Sodelle currently only offers this payment method:
- Debit / Credit Card (Mastercard and VISA only)
All Debit / Credit card processing fees are borne by Sodelle.
We no longer accept bank transfer payments.
- I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
We're extremely sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@sodelle.com and we will assist you.
Delivery
Sodelle facilitates its orders through Singpost. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment has been made.
Do take note:

Parcels will be dispatched on working days. (Monday-Friday)

Registered shipping will not be processed on public holidays and weekends.

Yes! We do ship internationally.
Shipping costs and duration are calculated at check out according to the items' weight. All international orders are traceable with a tracking code.
Please note that shipping costs at check out does not include customs and import duties, which are borne by Customers. In which if taxes and/or duties are incurred, you will be responsible for the fees for delivery to proceed.
In most counties, these fees are only calculated when the parcel reaches its destination, therefore we cannot advise an accurate fee that will be imposed on the parcel. To avoid unplanned charges, please check with your country's local customs office before placing an order.
