- Do I have to create an account?
No, you don't have to! Accounts are optional, however we do recommend you to create an account to enjoy our rewards program, and you also do not have to input your personal particulars again for future orders.
- How do I pay for my order?
Sodelle currently only offers this payment method:
- Debit / Credit Card (Mastercard and VISA only)
All Debit / Credit card processing fees are borne by Sodelle.
We no longer accept bank transfer payments for the time being.
- I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
We're extremely sorry to hear that! Please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
(2) Returns & Exchanges
- What is qualified for a return & exchange?
- A faulty merchandise (missing button, faulty stitching, holes, stains, discolorations)
- Wrong merchandise received
All merchandises must be in original packaging, with tags intact, and unworn/unwashed.
Refund and exchange is eligible within 7 days of receiving the item.
In cases where the item you ordered is out of stock, store credits/cash refund will be issued accordingly.
For printed merchandises, print placements will defer from piece to piece due to fabric placements. In such cases, this is not considered as a defective item.
Measurements are taken with garment laid flat. Kindly note that all measurements are subjected to a 0.5"-1" difference, in which this is not considered as a defect.
- I have received a defective/incorrect item, what do I do?
Oh no, Sodelle takes pride in checking every order carefully before dispatching it. We're sorry, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item with clear attached images of the defective/incorrect item.
Customer shall bear the responsibility of ensuring that the item is packed and secured properly before mailing it. We recommend you to mail it out via trackable shipping methods, Sodelle will reimburse the postage costs!
We will process an exchange immediately upon receiving the defective/incorrect item. In cases where the item you ordered is out of stock, store credits/cash refund will be issued accordingly. Do note that the exchange/refund will only take place when we receive the defective/incorrect item.
- The item does not fit me, can I exchange with another size?
Definitely! Please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Free-size items are not eligible for size exchange.
Subjected to size availability, customers will bear the postage costs in sending the item back to us. We will process and dispatch the exchange once we receive the item in original packaging, tag intact, unworn and unwashed.
Size exchange are not eligible for customers who use promo/discount codes at the checkout
